yeahyeah..i'm finally here to post after soooo many days of my com hanging..
duno why leh..my com keep on hanging like after every 10 mins like tt..then i always doing half way, then BB!then all my things gone!then i go slp liao...so like soo gay la...duno la..maybe it a hint for me to slp early lor..ｔｈｅｎ　ｔｏｄａｙ　ｓｏ　乖,can work like 2 hrs liao..duno when will it suddenly hang again la..
then today,guess wat??? i went TKD~~actually went to see doc,then wanted to pick up my smelly uniform from my locker, then when i gt there, i gt so tempted to train lor...
so as usual,i changed into my uniform then start practising wif my best friend(heavy bag(:)..then hor..after nt practising for 1 mth only..can really knoe that i 退步alot lor...sad..:(
really consider of going back training when preparing for promos..maybe go serangoon de la...gt ＭＲ　ＬＥＥ！！ｓｅｅ　ｆｉｒｓｔ　ｌａ．．．

oh yah everybody!i'm here to post again!finally after 1 wk i think.
today my beloved sister birthday and it is also gentson's bdae!HAPPY BDAE PPL!
damn sian lah..my com is down..duno why.then my sis say the com always down becoz i last use..:(
duno lah..maybe i downloaded somthing bah...
btw..i'm now using my sis laptop at hm.actually mine la..but cos she went uni, so i lend her mine,then it become hers le lor~~yahyah..

yeahyeah..i'm here in the com lab to blog again...
today super tired sia..yesterday chiong my chuang zuo until 2++..then this morning went for the 7.45 morning jog.nt much ppl turn up.but still very ping ming runnin.duno wad to write leh..
now feel like doing my hw but also wana to watch hot shot leh...how??
later go hm then watch ba..lol

yeah ppl!know that haven been blogging..but you know y?cos i'm at this Health Camp!(bk call it fat camp!lol)but hor, you know wad?the camp is like sooo fun la.miss it sooo much.the pe department like spent so much effort into doing it.you can see all the 10 pe teachers there accompaning 27 of us!it is like wow,can?
the first day which is like start fri nite,we meeting at 6pm at grandstand.then afterwards, we went for this urban run(run ard school compound), then we went to weigh, and i got heavier!lol.
then after dinner, we had this educational talk abt wad we shld eat and look after wad we eat. so for each activity, we can take note how much calories we spent and how much we eat during the camp in order to lose weight.the straight after that, we had Frisbee!we play with every grp and you know wad?we lose ALL5 rounds lor!wow!i think it may be 0835 spirit lor!lol.but at least for the skipping challenge, we gt 3 la.nt bad nt bad.(only 6 group)but most importantly, the whole game overall incharge is Mr J*** L.lol.u know la...(:
then after everything, me, sam and Adeline didn't wan to join the rest to slp in MPR, so we stay in the room beside PE department wanted to study.but in the end think only Adeline managed to study lor.me ans sam was so tired that we went to slp after studying for a while.lol.but nt bad.(*judo mat is comfortable!)
the nxt day, b4 we had our breakfast la, we weight our self,including our BMR,BMI,%of fat in your body and etc.Guess wad?after all the activities we had yesterday,i gained weight!!!!it must be becoz we use different weighing machine+ idrink a lot water+i haven shit!muz be lor.
after tt,we head off to mount Faber for our walk!to let u know,walking for long dist can help you lose the FAT in your body!duno rite?we actually walk from mount faber ALL the way to duno where.i also forget liao.but we walk from 9-11.30 lei,14487 steps in total!!yeah.then we weigh, i lost like 1 kg lor!soo happy.but think is becoz water mass la.buti still weigh lighter + the walk is fun, then we saw NY teachers along the way.so qiao, the also have a walk there+i also know more about Miss Lim+i also know how many kids MR JL has!!!!!lol.so fun.heard alot of stuff frm e teachers!(:
after lunch, we make our way to toa pah yao safra gym!we do so machine exercise then steam then jacuzzi!so fun!then we weigh again for the last time, n i lost 1.6kg!can u believe tt??
soo shen!think jor all water lor!very hard to maintain lei!lol.guess i still had to go for the 7.45 morning jog!And Adeline officailly graduated frm the Run Liao!congrats Adeline!
i am soo going to help out as a facil next year for the camp!soo fun!plus you know y.(:lol.
